We do NOT sell, share, or reveal any information about our customers to anyone, period.
EliteSmoker.com is very concerned about the privacy of its customers and promises that we will not make any information or statistics about our customers available to any other persons or companies for any reason except to comply with state and federal laws, where applicable. We hate spam too! EliteSmoker.com will only ask for the information necessary to get your orders processed and shipped correctly and quickly to you as well as guard against fraud.

Shipping

We offer a flat rate of $7.95 for any size order, regardless of weight. This applies to the 48 contiguous states. For Alaska, Hawaii and the US territories shipping is $12.95.  Canada is $24.95USD. Customer must pay any customs fees. 

How long does shipping take?
We ship orders Monday through Friday. Flat rate ground shipping usually takes 3-7 business days to the 48 states.
If you choose more costly Priority Mail, it generally takes 2-3 business days. Express mail is guaranteed overnight.
We ship most orders within 24 hours of ordering, but some may take a little longer due to delivery times of products coming into our warehouse.

Do you ship international?
Only to Canada.

How long will it take to receive my order?
More than 95% of all orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt, but some orders may take a little longer due to delivery times of products coming in to our warehouse. Standard ground shipping should take 3-7 days. Expedited shipping is available for an extra fee.

Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
Yes. Specify US priority Mail and use your P.O. Box in the ship to address.

Order Security

How do I pay?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Paypal, your choice. Your credit card data is encrypted and not held on-line. We provide state-of-the-art fraud protection.

Is your site secure?
Our shopping cart offers the highest security available. When you submit any information to us, on our secure shopping cart, your information is protected.

How safe is it to order on line?
Your transactions on our shopping cart go through a secure checkout system on the internet. When your transaction is complete, your financial information is not kept on line nor retained by us.

Can I pay by check or do a COD?
You can call or email us with your order. We will give you a total so you can mail us a check. Sorry, no C.O.D.’s.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can. Please call or email us to cancel as soon as possible. If your order has been shipped, we will give you instructions on how to return it.

Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?
California state tax is applied to an item if we ship the item to a California address. Back to Top

Returns
We want your buying experience with EliteSmoker.com to be a pleasant one. We stand by our service! If you don’t like it, we want to fix it.

Refunds and exchanges are processed with following rules taken into consideration:

Money Back Guarantee: If within 30 days of your purchase, you are not satisfied with your product, we will replace it or provide a refund (your choice) for the full merchandise amount less shipping charges.

You must contact us for return instructions within 30 days of your purchase. Email first for return authorization, with reason and purchase date. Do not return item without a return authorization number and instructions on how to return item.

For a refund, products must be in like-new condition (not scratched or damaged) with all original manufacturers packaging, accessories and instructions with no outside box markings other than a shipping label. In other words, like you received it. Please do not write directly on our packaging. If the above is not followed a 30% restocking fee applies.

Warranty: All products are warranted for a period of 90 days from date of purchase (room air purifiers are warranted for three years). Email first for return authorization, with problem and purchase date.

No credit will be issued for merchandise returned without a return authorization number.

Sorry, but we cannot refund shipping charges back to us (Unless it was our mistake).

Damage Claims: Claims for missing items or items that have arrived with visible damage due to mishandling in shipment must be made within ten business days from the date we shipped the product to you. Shipping companies have time limitations after which they will not process a claim.

We reserve the right to refuse items returned without a return authorization number. Sorry, but we cannot refund shipping charges back to us (Unless it was our mistake). Back to Top

How does your ionic smokeless ashtray work?
This unit is completely silent with no fan motors. Smoke is broken down into negatively charged particles which are then captured by the positively charged stainless steel lining in the dome. No filters need be replaced. Easily wiped clean.
If you run it 24/7, it would consume 20 cents a month in electricity. Remember all smokeless ashtrays clean up the smoke when a cigarette or cigar is sitting them. They do very little while the cigarette is being smoked. For that you need a whole room air filter.
