What happens to my information?We offer a flat rate of $7.95 for any size order, regardless of weight. This applies to the 48 contiguous states. For Alaska, Hawaii and the US territories shipping is $14.95.
Room Air Purifiers ship free by ground (Buyers from AK and HI will be contacted)
Canada is $24.95USD. Customer must pay any customs fees.
All products are shipped by the most economical method unless specified routing instructions are given. We will then do our best to follow that request.
How long will it take to receive my order?
More than 95% of all orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt, but
some orders may take a little longer due to delivery times of products
coming into our warehouse. If we can't ship within 24 hours, we will email you with shipping status. Standard ground shipping should take 2-7
days. Expedited shipping is available for an extra fee.
Do you ship international?
Only to Canada.
Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
Yes. Specify US priority Mail and use only your P.O. Box in the ship to address.

How do I pay?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Paypal, your choice. Your credit card data is encrypted and not held on-line. We provide state-of-the-art fraud protection.
Is your site secure?
Our shopping cart offers the highest security available. When you submit any information to us, on our secure shopping cart, your information is protected.
How safe is it to order on line?
Your transactions on our shopping cart go through a very secure checkout system on the internet. When your transaction is complete, your financial information is not kept on line nor retained by us.
Can I pay by check or do a COD?
You can call or email us with your order. We will give you a total so you can mail us a check. Sorry, no C.O.D.’s.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can. Please call or email us to cancel as soon as possible. If your order has been shipped, we will give you instructions on how to return it.
Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?
California state tax is applied to an item if we ship the item to a California address. Back to Top
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. All purchases may be returned for a refund or exchange. Customer must contact us within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that all returned orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To avoid the restocking fee, request an exchange for the same product or another product.
Please follow the procedure below:
Email
us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). In the email, include your 4-digit receipt number, the reason for the return (broken, not satisfied etc.) and whether you want a refund, exchange or a different product.
Do not return merchandise without an RMA as the return will be refused.
We will issue an RMA within 48 hours. Then package the unit securely and returned in a box (original box and packaging material preferred). Include any instructions or manuals. Original shipping and return postage fees will not be refunded.
It is strongly recommended to insure packages through a courier that can provide proof of delivery tracking information. BlueExtreme will not be liable for lost returns.
Warranty: All products sold at EliteSmoker.com are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials to the original purchaser.
Products are warranted for a period of 90 days from date of purchase (room air purifiers are warranted for one year). This warranty is voided (as determined by BlueExtreme) by misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or alterations of the product.
Email first for return authorization, with problem and purchase date. Products must be returned prepaid.
No credit will be issued for merchandise returned without a return authorization number.
